Client on boarding: The client will be required to complete an on boarding document prior to the creation of content. Failure to complete the on boarding document in a timely manner may result in delays in content creation. A staff member of the company must approve all content prior to publishing. Failure to approve the content will result in non publishing and delays in content being produced. Service Agreement: By enrolling in IndiDigital Social Media Marketing Packages, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Service Description: IndiDigital will deliver Social Media Marketing services in accordance with the selected package, encompassing content creation, posting, analytics, and strategy development. Cancellation Policy: Clients retain the flexibility to cancel the service at any time with 30 days notice. No mandatory lock-in contract is enforced, offering our clients increased flexibility. The company will be required to pay for the month of content after the 30 day cancellation notice period. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@indidigital.com.au or directly to your Account Manager via email. Recommended package timeframe: To see improved results, it is recommended to continue social media marketing for a minimum of 6 months. Billing and Payments: Payments for the Social Media Marketing Packages are expected on a monthly basis (1st of every month) and will be invoiced via email. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in a suspension of services. All content is owned by IndiDigital until payment has been made. New clients are required to pay 2 months in advance up front (as we are always crafting content one month in advance) and then monthly thereafter. Social media advertising incurs additional charges (based on the ad duration) and other parameters including ad design. This will be quoted and then charged by IndiDigital at the time of ad creation and added to your monthly invoice. EDM subscription: IndiDigital uses MailerLite as the preferred mailing provider. The monthly subscription is an additional charge and must be paid by the client. The cost of the subscription is determined by the size of the data base. Due to new Spam laws, you will be required to add MX records and verify domain name. We can assist with this process. Service Modifications: IndiDigital reserves the right to modify the terms of the Social Media Marketing Packages, including service features and pricing. Clients will be notified in advance of any such changes. Client Responsibilities: Clients are accountable for providing necessary access, information, and approvals essential for the effective implementation of the Social Media Marketing services. Additionally, clients must promptly supply relevant content and images when requested to maximise social media effectiveness, ensuring the quality and consistency of marketing campaigns. We recommend continuing social media marketing for a minimum of 6 months to receive maximum benefit. Confidentiality: Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the service period. Intellectual Property: All content and materials generated by IndiDigital as part of the Social Media Marketing service are the intellectual property of IndiDigital unless otherwise specified in writing. Termination of Services: IndiDigital reserves the right to terminate services in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions by the client. Contact Information: For inquiries or concerns related to the Social Media Marketing Packages, please contact us at info@indidigital.com.au. Moreover, clients are expected to possess a basic understanding of both organic and paid advertising on social media platforms, each strategy governed by distinct parameters. For detailed information, clients are encouraged to consult with their designated Account Manager, who can provide insights and guidance. For instance, achieving an increase in followers may necessitate paid advertising to reach a broader audience. Clear communication with the Account Manager will aid in aligning strategies with specific business goals. Website Development Terms and Conditions: Service Agreement: By engaging in our website development services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement establishes the framework for our collaboration and sets expectations for both parties involved. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes the specific website development services detailed in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Any additional features or modifications requested outside this scope may incur extra charges and will be subject to mutual agreement. Payment Terms: Payments for website development services are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services. Intellectual Property and Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to code, designs, and content created during the website development process, will belong to the client upon full payment. Any third-party tools or resources used will adhere to their respective licenses and terms. Timeline and Delivery: A project timeline will be established during the initial consultation, outlining milestones and deadlines for deliverables. While we strive to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Both parties will maintain open communication to address any adjustments to the timeline promptly. Cost: All website developments will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining cost must be paid at the completion of the site (once approved by the company) prior to going live. Annual Website Hosting: Hosting services are provided on an annual basis. The hosting fee is included in the initial website development cost and covers the maintenance of server space, security measures, and technical support. Annual hosting fees are due each year and must be paid by the golf club to prevent uninterrupted service. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of hosting services. Details of the hosting plan, including features and any limitations, will be outlined in a separate hosting agreement and discussed during the onboarding session. Ongoing website maintenance and updates:(provides basic content updating – including images and copy). If the website is owned by another company or in the control of another company, IndiDigital will not be responsible for any major updating such as themes and plugins or website issues. It is recommended that your current website developer include analytics plugins such as Google Site Kit so that you can monitor social media campaigns and conversions to the website. IndiDigital will be able to update general information dependant on the level of access that is provided by the current developer.
