What to expect when you purchase a website package
Phase 1: Discovery and Planning

- Proposal: You’ll receive a detailed project plan with timelines and costs. Once you have approved the quote, a 50% deposit will be required to start the website (balance owed once you have reviewed the website).
- Terms and Conditions: We will provide you with a link to fill out a new client form and terms and conditions.

- Design: We’ll create mockups to help visualise your website’s look and feel, or follow your style guide to ensure consistency with your business branding.
- Content Integration: We’ll help develop and integrate your content, ensuring it’s consistent and high-quality.
- Development: We’ll build your website using WordPress or Shopify, focusing on responsiveness, functionality, and SEO.
Phase 3: Testing, Launch, and Maintenance
- Testing: We’ll thoroughly test your website to ensure it works perfectly across all devices and browsers.
- Review and Training: You’ll review the final website, and we’ll train you on how to manage it.
- Launch and Support: We’ll launch your site and provide ongoing support and maintenance to keep it running smoothly.*
